Returns

We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Personal preference

Please refer to our Size Chart before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Photos of the packaging

After verification, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges for size or color.

Please check the Size Chart carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:
- Your order cannot be fulfilled.
- We are unable to replace a damaged or incorrect product.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
